Uptown Dallas Inc. is excited to share the fourth mural in the Art Wall Project.
Spring Forward was installed Tuesday, March 2nd at the new Marriott Dallas Uptown, 3033 Fairmount Street, Dallas, Texas 75201.
Uptown Dallas Inc.’s engaging art initiative, like the Art Wall Project, kicked off in November of 2020 and continues to be a hit amongst social media users and influencers, the community and Uptown businesses which are looking to showcase the art wall at their locations.
The traveling mural, is the fourth in a series throughout this 2021 year that Uptown Dallas Inc. has completed. The March mural, titled: Spring Forward, reflects challenges and hurdles, but with hope and luck on the horizon. The commission was done by popular local artist Will Heron.
“This piece is about not being stuck by the prickly 2020 (and early 2021) months, but looking forward to new growth in the springtime and feeling lucky during St. Patty’s month,” says artist Will Heron.

“Our goal is to present a new mural each month that engages the community,” says Anita Simmons, Director of Marketing and Communications for Uptown Dallas Inc. “We have a talented and diverse lineup of artists who’s works will be displayed throughout the year and we are thrilled to introduce them to the Uptown neighborhood.”
