RESUME
As a marketer, copywriter, PR professional, and event producer, with more than 18 years experience, I’ve done it all- with proven success. No task is too big or too small. I help companies, non-profits, individuals, and even cities through their marketing strategies (and I can even help draft and design that strategy).
I’m a TYPE-A personality so planning, setting goals, creating a to-do list and getting those items marked off is my love language. But, I’m also, a CREATIVE. Concepts and out-of-the-box thinking is my super power and it’s what gives me (and you) the competitive advantage.
A Short Story
In March of 2023 I sold my townhome in Dallas, TX. HOA dues were going up by $20K/year, both of my pets had recently passed away and I really wanted more outdoor space. The intention was to simply find and purchase another home. Temporarily I stayed at a friends vacant apartment as I searched and searched.
With my whole house in a storage POD, my colleagues and I were alerted that boss #5 (in my 7 years) would be starting soon. With no opportunity for growth, I decided it was time for a change and there was no better time than now. I left my position in May 2023, and have spent my time traveling throughout Italy, Ireland, Canada, and a few other places as well.
I’m back in the US, motivated, and excited about the future. With fresh perspective, I’m seeking a company/organization with a great culture and where I can grow, lead, connect with the community, make a difference sharing my knowledge and talents. My belongings are still packed away in my POD so that I when I find that perfect full-time fit, I’m personally ready to relocate. Because who doesn’t hate sitting in traffic?
